House ~ 2 week Minimum (Call for quote)

$75 per day ~ October to May (Cottage)
$110 per day ~ June to September (Cottage)

Weekly
$400 per week ~ October to May (Cottage)
$550 per week ~ June to September (Cottage)

Monthly
$1250 per month ~ October to May (Cottage)
$1800 per month ~ June to September (Cottage)

Rates in US Dollars

50% Deposit required upon final confirmation of booking

50% Balance due 1 week prior to arrival

10% Refundable Damage Deposit due 1 weeks prior to arrival and will be returned within 72 hours of check-out if no damage to the property

72 hours cancellation policy in low season, 30 days cancellation policy May to September

Form of Payment: Cash, Travelers Checks,
Certified Check, Credit Card or PayPal.

Cottages At Birch Bay Rules:

Check-in time 3:00 pm
Check-out time 12:00 noon
Occupancy limit 6 people for cottages (including children)
10 people for house (including children)
Guests will be responsible for any damages, loss of furnishings, or added fees for services
Thes are non-smoking units. Smoking is permitted outside.
Pets are not permitted ~ unless by special arrangement
Persons reserving must be 21 years old
